Inspired by the Norton Museum’s Special Exhibition Avedon Fashion 1944-2000, this year’s Black & White Ball was held on Saturday, February 6, 2010, at the Museum. The evening consisted of a classic Hollywood cocktail lounge setting reception, an elegant seated dinner, and dancing to the upbeat music of jazz and smooth style musical arrangements of Alex Donner & Orchestra, inspired by the music of the decades reflected in the Avedon exhibition.

Proceeds from the Bal des Arts 2010 will benefit the Museum’s Education and Public Programs. Your gift helps support a wide range of creative initiatives related to exhibitions, collections, educational programming, technology, and staff and audience development.
