Frequently Asked Questions

What rooms may we use?
The Theatre (seats 80-180), Private Dining Room (seats 10-40), Lindeman Boardroom (seats 30-70) and the East Loggia space for afternoon cocktail receptions.

Can I bring my own caterer?
All food and beverage for must be provided by our in-house caterer, Lyon + Lyon or Café 1451. They will assist in complete event planning including everything from linens and florals to intriguing menu selections. Café 1451 561.832.5196 ext. 1123. Lyon + Lyon Catering 561.832.5196 ext. 1191.

What is provided in the rental fee?
Please call Facilities Use Coordinator for pricing. Luncheons enjoy half-day pricing and include the space and set-up. If you would like a docent-led tour included, please let the Facilities Use Coordinator know and this will be scheduled before or after your luncheon. Tickets for access to the artwork will be billed separately at a discounted Group rate.

When can we host our event?
Between 10:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday and 1:00pm-5:00pm Sunday.
