Chat in Chinese in the “Chinese Corner”
Saturdays, 10 – 11:30 A.M.
About 30 years ago “English Corners” were started by Chinese college students who wanted to hone their spoken English skills. The informal sessions were first organized at universities in Beijing and Shanghai, and remain popular today. 

At the Norton, all levels of Chinese-language conversationalists are welcome to attend the Norton “Chinese Corner”; participants will be led in discussions by a team fluent in Mandarin and they will be introduced to a related object in the collection. 

Members free; non-Members free with Museum admission.
