Summer Internship Program 2012
Norton Museum of Art summer internships are available to high school, college, and graduate students. Summer interns will:
- Work in departments throughout the Museum based on departmental needs and intern interests;
- Lead tours for summer campers through Museum special exhibitions and the Museum Collection;
- Participate in meetings with art-world professionals;
- Organize an exhibition of artworks from the Museum Collection.
Terms and Eligibility
Internship Dates: June 18, 2012 – August 3, 2012
High school applicants: 2012 graduates and students who will be Juniors or Seniors in Fall 2012.
Undergraduate applicants: currently enrolled in a degree program or 2012 graduates.
Undergraduate interns will receive a stipend funded by The Chastain Foundation Endowment. High school internships are offered without a stipend.
