Modern Artists of Paris, 1900-1945
Tuesdays, June 9, 16, and 23 / 1-3 PM

Against a backdrop of worldwide political, scientific, and social transformation, artists working in Paris between 1900 and World War II explored a succession of the most radical changes in the visual arts since the Renaissance.  This summer mini-course explores works in the Norton Museum of Art collection and the culture that produced them.  Artists who will be discussed during tours and power-point talks include: Renoir, Cézanne, Monet, Picasso, Braque, Soutine, Miró, Chagall, and more.

Limited to 35 participants.  Registration required.  
Members and Florida educators: $75 / non-members: $100, includes museum admission.
