The Museum is proud of its role as a leading Palm Beach County cultural institution. Our annual schedule of exhibitions reflects both the scholarly excellence of the Museum's curatorial staff and the museum's ability to secure loans from leading public and private collections throughout the world. Exhibition support by individuals, foundations and corporations allows the Museum to maintain its record of excellent exhibitions while keeping admission costs affordable.
Educational programs reach more than 50,000 children and adults annually, over and above
the museum's 100,000 visitors. Community indicators surveys continue to call for high quality arts education programming and our visitors echo those sentiments. In the words of one program participant,
"This...was inspirational. Proof that art should be a mainstay of education. Art is important in a child's life."
As a leader in the local community, the Museum is continuously asked to meet these
educational challenges; in response, it expands its educational programming and outreach
activities every year.
