The Young Friends of the Norton is a dynamic group of young professionals who seek to promote and advance the appreciation of the visual arts, and who share a passion for art and a commitment to the Norton. Young Friends offers a variety of opportunities to further understand and enjoy the Museum Collection and special exhibitions. Each season, the Young Friends of the Norton presents exciting events that bring young professionals together in a fun, energetic way.

Curator’s Conversation – New Women: Four New York Modernists, 1910–1935
Join Ellen E. Roberts, Harold and Anne Berkley Smith Curator of American Art, for a lecture previewing the 2016 exhibition at the Norton that will, for the first time, look collectively at the art and careers of modernist painters Marguerite Zorach, Florine Stettheimer, Helen Torr, and Georgia O’Keeffe.”
