The Norton Museum of Art offers diverse volunteer opportunities for
students and adults. Volunteers provide vital support by greeting and orienting visitors, assisting Museum staff with
clerical and research needs, working in the Museum Store and Museum Library.
Docent candidates engage in training to lead tours for about 15,000 Museum visitors each year. The Museum staff
provides guidelines and oversight for volunteers, monthly newsletters and informational up-dates, and festive social
occasions each season.
