6-8 PM / Art Workshop: Modeling Clay
Gertrude Vanderbilt Whitney modeled figures with clay before casting them in bronze. Experience clay modeling by making your own figurative sculpture.

6:30 PM / Curator’s Conversation: Whitney’s Sculpture
Ellen Roberts, Harold and Anne Berkley Smith Curator of American Art, provides insight into the artist and her work.
