The Norton’s partnership with Forest Hill Community High School, builds unique learning opportunities that go beyond the traditional classroom. This program develops students’ creativity, by providing them with opportunities for artistic development while promoting their understanding and appreciation of art. The program includes visits to the Museum, learning about museum careers, and how a gallery is organized and installed. The partnership culminates when students make art inspired by their visits which are then exhibited in the Norton Museum’s Chris and Bernard Marden Community Gallery.
This program was made possible by the generosity of the Max M. and Marjorie S. Fisher Foundation Arts & Culture Fund of the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties.
