Parking

The Norton's main parking lot is located at 1501 S. Dixie Highway, across the street from the Museum. Parking is $5 per car, per day. Norton Members park for free* and will be provided with a seasonal parking permit. 

*Please note that Member parking access is valid during Museum Hours and only during your visit. Guests and members who park in the Museum parking lot outside of Museum hours or while not on the Museum campus will be subject to a warning, or being towed at the owner’s expense.

Accessibility 

Accessible parking is available in the main lot, as well as in the drop-off circle adjacent to the Museum entrance, on the corner of South Dixie Highway and Jefferson Road. All restrooms are fully accessible.  Manual wheelchairs are available at reception on a first-come, first-served basis and are sanitized between uses.

American Sign Language interpreters are available by request three weeks before your visit. 

Travel by Train

If you are traveling to West Palm Beach via the Tri Rail or Brightline*, be sure to include the Norton as one of your destinations!

  • Masks are welcomed and encouraged, but optional, for all.
  • Temperature scanners are available, but optional, for all.
  • Those who have tested positive for COVID-19, are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, and/or have been exposed to COVID-19 are encouraged to follow CDC guidance on isolation and masking.
  • The Museum continues to conduct heightened cleaning and sanitation.
