The Museum is closed Mondays, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
During construction, all Museum visitors must enter through the original 1941 entrance on S. Olive Avenue. Parking will be available in the lot across the street from the Museum, and a free shuttle service will be available from the parking lot to the Museum’s entrance.
Food service will not be offered at the Museum during this time, though beverages and snacks will be available during Art After Dark on Thursday evenings.

Please keep an arm’s length from each artwork. Even the slightest contact can damage the surface of a painting or disfigure a sculpture.
Please do not bring food or drinks into the galleries.
Please be considerate of other visitors and converse on phones outside the galleries.
The Norton has many photo-friendly areas (lobby, atrium, café, gardens, and the Museum Collection galleries). However, photography is not permitted in special exhibitions. Thank you for your cooperation.
