Admission on Saturdays is free for City of West Palm Beach residents with proof of residency (Valid ID or utility bill).

Healthcare Professionals and First Responders

Admission is free for all Healthcare Professionals and First Responders, with valid ID. To redeem, please use the discount code "HCP2021" when reserving your admission. Eligibility will be confirmed at time of entry.

Bank of America Cardholders

Admission on the first full weekend of every month is free for Bank of America cardholders through Bank of America’s “Museums On Us” program. To redeem, please use the discount code “BOAMUSEUM” when reserving your admission. Eligibility will be confirmed at time of entry.

Active Military Personnel

Admission is free to the nation’s active-duty military personnel, including the National Guard and Reserves, and their families with a military ID, in collaboration with the 2021 Blue Star Museums program. The Blue Star Museums program begins on Armed Forces Day—Saturday, May 15, 2021, and ends on Labor Day—Monday, September 6, 2021. You can redeem Blue Star Museum admission when you pre-register by typing in "bluestar2021" in the discount code.

Florida Educators

Admission is free for all Florida Educators, with valid ID. To redeem, please use the discount code "FFE2021" when reserving your admission. Eligibility will be confirmed at time of entry.

The Norton has taken enhanced health and safety measures for visitors and staff. Please follow these guidelines during your visit to maximize safety. However, an inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any public place where people are present. This risk is assumed by visitors to the Museum.

COVID-19 Precautions

MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES regardless of test results or vaccination status.

  • Limited daily attendance capacities and timed-entry ticketing have been implemented to promote physical distancing. All guests are highly encouraged to purchase tickets online. Access to all galleries is not guaranteed.
  • Please do not touch the artwork, frames, platforms, labels, display cases, or anything used to protect the art.
  • For guests (age 12+) who received an immunization within the U.S., a photo or hard copy of a CDC vaccination card or other official immunization record showing proof of the following vaccines is acceptable: Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson. For immunizations outside of the U.S., the following vaccines are acceptable: AstraZeneca/SK Bioscience, Serum Institute of India/COVISHIELD and Vaxzevria, Sinopharm, or Sinovac.
  • Guests (ages 12+) visiting the Norton Museum of Art will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 professionally administered PCR test taken within 72 hours; or a negative COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test conducted within 24 hours; OR voluntarily show proof of COVID-19 vaccination (together with a valid photo ID for ages 18+). 
    "At-home” COVID-19 tests are not accepted. Professionally administered tests only.
  • Please stay home if you are feeling sick, experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with, or showing signs of, COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
  • Groups may not exceed more than 15 people, including children.
  • Upon entering the Museum, all guests will have their temperature taken by Museum greeters. Any guest with a temperature 100.4 degrees or higher will be asked to leave.
  • Properly fitted masks that cover the nose and mouth are mandatory for guests ages 2+ in all areas of the Museum, except when visiting the Museum Garden or while actively eating or drinking in The Restaurant or Great Hall. No neck gaiters, open-chin triangle bandannas, or face coverings with valves, mesh, or holes are permitted.
  • Physical distancing is required; guests should stay at least six (6) feet (about two arms’ length) from others and from groups.
  • Help prevent the spread of germs by washing your hands often with soap and water for at least twenty seconds and by not touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. Please cover your cough. Hand-sanitizing stations can be found throughout the Museum.
  • Restrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day.

Parking

Parking is available in the Norton’s main parking lot at 1501 South Dixie Highway, immediately across the street from the Museum. Parking is $5 per car, per day. Norton Members park for free. Museum staff are available to assist with the pay kiosks.

Brightline + Circuit

Visitors from the Fort Lauderdale and Miami areas can now visit West Palm Beach via the Brightline! Visit gobrightline.com to book your ticket. Catch a ride to the Norton on the Brightline's complimentary rideshare service, and let West Palm Beach's Circuit take you anywhere! The Circuit is free through the end of the year.

Accessibility 

Accessible parking is available in the main lot, as well as in the drop-off circle adjacent to the Museum entrance, on the corner of South Dixie Highway and Jefferson Road. All restrooms are fully accessible.  Manual wheelchairs are available at reception on a first-come, first-served basis and are sanitized between uses.

American Sign Language interpreters are available by request three weeks before your visit.

Beginning October 1, 2021, guests (ages 12+) visiting the Norton Museum of Art will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 professionally administered PCR test taken within 72 hours; or a negative COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test conducted within 24 hours; OR voluntarily show proof of COVID-19 vaccination (together with a valid photo ID for ages 18+).
