EVENT POSTPONED - Live! At The Norton: Musicians from Marlboro

Saturday, March 28 / 3PM-5PM

Musicians from Marlboro

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

$20 / $15 for Members

Since 1951, Musicians from Marlboro has been nurturing artistic growth and collaboration among musical luminaries such as Murray Perahia, Paula Robison, Sir András Schiff, Peter Serkin, and Richard Stoltzman, to name a few. This year’s ensemble visits the Norton for inspired performances of Brahms’s Quartet in B-flat Major, Op. 67 and Respighi’s Il tramonto for vocalist and string quartet. The two quartets of musicians from the program’s first half join together in the second half to perform Mendelssohn’s Octet, a masterpiece of the chamber music repertoire.
