Wellness Saturday

Movement and music can be a powerful way to enhance health and well-being. Start the new year off right with a Sound Bath with Babette Sughrue, drum circle with Livin' the Rhythm's Abasi Hanif, and a dance/movement class with Ayize Hanif. Jodi Sypher will also lead Mindful Moments in the galleries.

  • Sound Bath

    Babette Sughrue and Ruston Grosse will co-facilitate a deeply immersive, restorative Sound Bath — a full-sensory healing experience elevated by the integration of Solfeggio Frequencies, designed to soothe the nervous system and feel like a massage for the mind, body, and soul. This meditative journey offers a powerful reset and recharge, gently guiding participants into the New Year with clarity, calm, and renewed vitality.

  • Drum Circle and Dance

    Movement with music is a powerful way to enhance wellbeing. Join the drum circle with Livin’ the Rhythm’s Abasi Hanif focused on traditional West African rhythms, reggae, and hip hop. When the rhythm takes you, join an improvised movement and dance class with Ayize Hanif.
