The Norton Teen Collective
The Norton’s Teen Collective is a group of 10 dynamic teens from High Schools throughout Palm Beach County. Candidates are selected by application. Members of the Teen Collective are provided a platform to express their creative ideas by collaborating, innovating, and designing programs at the Museum.
Why apply?
To get access to the Museum by meeting artists, museum staff, and other teens
To learn about the Museum’s exhibitions and collections
To build creative, public speaking, team building, and leadership skills
To share common interests in art with staff and the community
To design and plan teen events, and plan teen events, and other public and family programs
To receive community service hours
To be part of the arts community
Requirements
- Attend a high school (10-12 grade) in Palm Beach County (Sophomore, and junior students may return to the Teen Collective program next school year)
- Availability to meet on Fridays, 4:30 -6:30pm, from October 2025 through April, 2026
- Parent/Guardian signed waiver
- Returning applicants welcome
- Must have transportation to the Museum, located at 1450 N. Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, FL 33401
- Community events and other special events require additional commitment
