Norton Teen Collective
Formerly known as Teen Advisory Squad (TASQ)
Interested in joining the Teen Collective? Applications for the 2024 season open August 18 through October 20. High school students only.
The Norton’s Teen Collective is a group of 15 dynamic teens from schools throughout Palm Beach County. Teens are selected from an annual application process and are provided the opportunity to express their creative ideas and turn them into action by collaborating, innovating, and designing programs at the Museum for all teens.
Application deadline is October 20, 2023
Why apply?
To get behind-the-scenes access to the Museum by meeting artists, museum staff, and other teens
To learn about the Museum’s exhibitions and collections
To build creative, public speaking, team building and leadership skills
To share common interests in art with staff and the community
To design and plan teen events, and other public programs’ projects
To receive community service hours
What are the requirements?
- Attend a high school (9-12 Grade) in Palm Beach County'
- Availability during the school year meets are Fridays 4:30 -6:30 pm, from January-April 2022. Community events and other special events require additional commitment.
- Approved consent from parent/guardian
- Freshman, sophomore, and junior students can return to Teen Collective next school year (not required)
