Nature Journaling Class with the Audubon Society

In celebration of Shara Hughes: Inside Outside, the Norton is teaming up with Audubon Everglades for a unique outdoor experience, led by Autumn Kioti, combining birding, nature observation, and field sketching. Whether you're picking up a pencil for the first time or you're a seasoned sketcher looking to refine your craft, this all-levels program invites you to slow down, observe, and connect with the natural world through art.

Autumn Kioti Horne

Autumn Kioti Horne is the Director of Education and Outreach at Audubon Everglades, a Certified Florida Master Naturalist, interdisciplinary artist, poet, professional actor, and retired circus aerialist. Based in South Florida, she creates engaging, often free educational programs that inspire audiences of all ages to connect with nature, partnering with numerous local organizations to promote bird conservation and lifelong learning through curiosity and wonder.
