  • FLAVAR Panel Discussion / The impact of Artificial Intelligence on Art, Culture, and Education in Palm Beach County

    Join us for a panel discussion with Trina Slade-Burks, co-founder of ATB Fine Art Group, Andrzej Nowak, an AI artist, FAU professor of psychology and a member of the Center for the Future Mind at Florida Atlantic University. and Christine Sylvain, founder of the nonprofit Path to College.

    The LOGIN panel by FLAVAR, an arts and media group, will feature an accessible and relevant discussion surrounding the future of arts & culture and how it relates to artificial intelligence, business and education. LOGIN is an inclusive, eclectic gathering tailored for young professionals and entrepreneurs seeking meaningful connections and enriching experiences through music and conversation. 

    Moderated by Wilkine Brutus, the Palm Beach County reporter for WLRN and an award-winning journalist who produces stories on topics surrounding local news, culture, art, politics, and current affairs.

    FLAVAR, Florida Variety Co., is a collective dedicated to bringing the vibrant essence of Florida's diverse culture to life. Specializing in crafting unforgettable experiences. FLAVAR aims to continue building a platform for fellow creatives, brands, entrepreneurs, but most importantly, community.

    J.M. and the Sweets

    Josh Miles is a Dallas Texas born/ Palm Beach Florida based singer/songwriter whose brand of Soul music encompasses a wide range of influences. Josh's music can be described as Bluesy at times and relentlessly groovy at others (and many things in between), but, no matter what, the aim is to keep it soulful. Currently in South Florida the band, the Sweets, are influenced from the regions multicultural richness that can only be described as #southfloridasoul music. The debut EP, Sol Village, released in May 2017 under Stank Records was long awaited from fans all over. Be sure to follow the band on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram as well as joining the mailing list.

Attending Art After Dark

Hours: The museum is currently open to the public until 10 pm on Friday nights.

Entry: Admission during Art After Dark is $10 for Adults & Seniors, $5 for Students. Tickets may be purchased at the Reception Desk or reserved in advance

Parking: Parking is available in the Norton’s main parking lot at 1501 South Dixie Highway, immediately across the street from the Museum. Parking is $5 per car, per day. Norton Members park for free.

Food and drink: The Restaurant at the Norton offers indoor and outdoor seating with beautiful views of our Sculpture Garden. Along with great food, The Restaurant serves creative cocktails, wine, and champagne. Reservations available through Tock.
