Mindful Moments is a monthly program led by Jodi Sypher, MS. Ed., that includes both a traditional guided mindfulness practice and a focused-attention mindfulness exercise using a work of art. In this shortened version, visitors are led through a half-hour slow-looking exercise focused on a work of art. After the reflection period, a 10-minute discussion about the artist and the work of art used is shared with the group. The goal of this program is to connect art and wellness through guided mindfulness practice.
