  • Breathworks

    Erin Dahlgren is a Certified Breath Guide and the founder of Engage Breathwork, an online breathwork studio and community. In this half-hour class, you will learn breathwork techniques that provide stress relief and relaxation to support mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Erin is known for her warm, grounded approach to helping people meet life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and the power of their own breath. Erin supports individuals of all ages and organizations in reconnecting with themselves and others — one breath at a time.

  • Tai Chi

    Tai Chi and Chi Kung are ancient Chinese exercises with a history spanning more than 5,000 years that have been passed down and adapted for relevance in today’s world. They aim to improve the physical and mental well-being of practitioners through a series of slow physical exercises, breathing exercises, and meditation or concentration. In the one-hour class, you will learn exercises that, when practiced regularly, will lead to better health, better balance, lowered blood pressure, and the ability to cope with stress from day-to-day living.

    Johanna Transformations brings a holistic approach to wellness that transcends conventional boundaries. Sound healing is a transformative therapy that uses a blend of healing sounds, music, and specialized instruments to enhance multidimensional well-being.   • Music / Collin Holloway

    Classical guitarist Collin Holloway began playing at the age of nine in his hometown of Oklahoma City. He has toured across much of America and Spain as a soloist and as a part of various ensembles in festivals such as Austin City Limits, CHAMBERart Madrid, and the Celedonio Romero Guitar institute. As a musician, Collin strives to produce a beautiful tone while programming little-known repertoire in his concerts. An adamant performer of chamber music, Collin is one-half of The Muse Duo. Their debut album, entitled Experiments, was released in April 2023. Collin is also a co-founder of Off the Dock Chamber Festival, a chamber music festival based in Skaneateles, NY, dedicated to emerging artists and ensembles.
