Subtropic Film Fest / Florida Roots
Subtropic believes in the transformative power of local storytelling and the talent of local artists to bring bold visions to life. Through year-round screenings, artist-focused events, and collaborations with cultural leaders, they are dedicated to showcasing the impact of film. This evening's curation will showcase works that capture the unique spirit of the Sunshine State – from coastal communities to inland landscapes, local traditions to contemporary Florida life.

Music / Low Ground
Low Ground is a dynamic acoustic band rooted in South Florida, blending the energy of bluegrass with the exploratory spirit of jam music. Their live performances showcase exceptional musicianship and a genuine passion for their craft, making each show an unforgettable experience. The band features Paddy King on fiddle, Amanda Accardi on upright bass, Isaac Taylor on banjo, and Trevor Klutz on guitar. Together, they craft a distinctive style that bridges tradition and innovation — delighting purists while captivating those eager to explore new musical horizons.
