South Florida-based artists lead informal, 30-minute gallery talks about works in the Norton’s collection and special exhibitions.

  • Lecture / ARTSpeaks

    Internationally lauded as one of the leading photographers of her generation, Joyce Tenneson’s work has been published in books and major magazines and exhibited in museums and galleries worldwide. Her portraits have appeared on covers for magazines such as: Time, Life, Newsweek, Premiere, Esquire and The New York Times Magazine. Tenneson’s images are a mysterious alchemy of sensuality and spirituality lit in an almost otherworldly glow. Tenneson’s work can be seen on view through March 10, 2024 in Presence: Photography from the Judy Glickman Lauder Collection.

  • Open Studio

    Join Guest Teaching Artist Lupe Lawrence to learn printmaking.  In this fun hands-on art project visitors will create a print using a Styrofoam plate.  Visitors will have reference photos to trace on to the plate or they can use their imaginations for a design.  Once the design on the plate is completed, they will create the print using a brayer, ink, and printmaking paper.

  • Live Music / The French Connection:  Palm Beach Opera and the Belle Epoque

    The French Connection:
    Palm Beach Opera and the Belle Epoque

    We welcome Palm Beach Opera’s Bailey Apprentice Artists for an evening of French opera highlights from the Belle Epoque. Enjoy beloved arias and duets of Gounod, Massenet, Bizet and other composers of the era to celebrate the musical side of Artists in Motion: Impressionist and Modern Masterpieces from the Pearlman Collection.

Attending Art After Dark

Hours: The museum is currently open to the public until 10 pm on Friday nights.

Entry: Admission during Art After Dark is $10 for Adults & Seniors, $5 for Students. Tickets may be purchased at the Reception Desk or reserved in advance

Parking: Parking is available in the Norton’s main parking lot at 1501 South Dixie Highway, immediately across the street from the Museum. Parking is $5 per car, per day. Norton Members park for free.

Food and drink: The Restaurant at the Norton offers indoor and outdoor seating with beautiful views of our Sculpture Garden. Along with great food, The Restaurant serves creative cocktails, wine, and champagne. Reservations available through Tock.
