About Soprano Robyn Marie Lamp

Soprano Robyn Marie Lamp’s voice has been described as “robust, easily produced, golden but warm rather than metallic.” Before COVID-19 halted public performances globally, Lamp’s 2020 - 2021 season included a role debut as Tosca, a debut with Palm Beach Symphony, and multiple Verdi Messa da Requiem’s, including one at New York City’s Carnegie Hall. The 2019 - 2020 season found Lamp appearing as Clotilde and covering the title role in Bellini’s Norma with Boston Lyric Opera as an Emerging Artist and appearing as the soprano soloist for Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony with the South Florida Symphony Orchestra. She also returned to Gulfshore Opera to sing an all Puccini concert and in September 2019 portrayed the title role in Puccini’s Suor Angelica with Opera Fusion.

About Opera Fusion

Now in its seventh season, Opera Fusion, described by the Palm Beach Arts Paper as “the people’s opera company,” is bringing a new perspective to a classic art form to all of South Florida.  From their  innovative summer Emerging Artists Project, to the world premiere of Not in My Town, to educational outreach programming, as well as our fully staged classic operas, Opera Fusion is expanding the definition of what opera is and can be, with a philosophy that everyone can experience the beauty of the voice.
