Closer Look is open to everyone curious about art! Learning and Community Engagement staff invites participants to look closely at a single artwork in the Norton’s Collection. We discuss the artwork, its potential meanings, and participants’ viewpoints.
A Virtual Closer Look with Donna Conlon and Sarah Bass
Wednesday, September 11 / 1PM-2PM
Join us for a very special virtual discussion with artist Donna Conlon and exhibition curator Sarah Bass. After watching Conlon’s video From the Ashes (De las cenizas), featured in the exhibition Surroundings: Video Encounters of Nature, participants will have the opportunity to talk to the artist and curator on a virtual platform.
