Virtual Tour Guidelines

Please read and scroll down to book your tour.

• Please fill out the following reservation form for K-12 school groups. Reservations must be made at least three weeks in advance. Virtual School Tours are FREE for all K-12 schools and teachers. Virtual School tours are available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
• Virtual School Tours are offered from 9:00am-9:45am. You may request a shorter tour by adding by specifying your period time between the assigned Virtual School Tour time.
• Schools may participate using Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
• To maximize your tour experience, we require a minimum of 5 students, and a maximum of 35 students per scheduled tour. At this time, we can ONLY accommodate ONE classroom per session. 
• Please fill out individual forms for each of your requested Virtual School Tours. Tour bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Your tour is not booked until you receive a confirmation e-mail from the Museum. Along with the confirmation letter, you will receive details about your virtual tour and advance materials, such tour rules, and guidelines. 
• We are now offering Virtual School Tours in Spanish. Spanish Tours are subject to educator availability.
