Ellen Roberts, the Harold and Anne Berkley Smith Curator of American Art, speaks with Sandra Wheeler, Director of Matter Architecture Practice, about the design of the special exhibition Georgia O’Keeffe: Living Modern. Enjoy a concert by The Lubben Brothers featuring a mix of tight vocal harmonies with folk, bluegrass, and pop styles. Open Studio invites you to create Chinese clover knot bracelets.

O’Keeffe Living Modern: Designing the Exhibition
Join a conversation with Curator Ellen Roberts and Sandra Wheeler, Director of Matter Architecture Practice, about the creative process of designing the Living Modern exhibition. Free tickets are available one hour before the presentation on a first-come, first-served basis.

Concert: The Lubben Brothers
The Lubben Brothers is an acoustic group made up of triplet brothers who specialize in tight vocal harmonies blended with folk instruments including banjo, mandolin, tin whistle, accordion, hammered dulcimer, and fiddle. Classically trained at a young age, their modern songwriting style incorporates folk roots with complex pop ideas.

Open Studio
Create Chinese clover knot bracelets inspired by textiles in Living Modern: Georgia O’Keeffe and the Chinese Collection. Guests of all ages and experience levels are invited to participate in this hands-on art workshop.
