Art After Dark: April 26
Friday, April 26 / 5PM-10PM
This POP Session presents work by interdisciplinary artists who are challenging notions of portraiture. The Pioneer Winter Collective performs a work titled REPRISE that blends contemporary dance and theater to explore memory, marginalization, and queerness. The evening also includes Tim B. Wride, William and Sarah Ross Soter Curator of Photography, discussing the exhibition WHO? A Brief History of Photography through Portraiture; a Polaroid pop-up party where visitors can dress up and strike a pose; and a garden party featuring DJs from Salt Witch Records.
Art After Dark is made possible by the generosity of The Addison Hines Charitable Trust.
Support for the Docent Program was provided by The Donald and Linda Silpe Endowment for the Professional Development of Docents and The Marcia Mahon Education Endowment Fund.
